01 Rights and Provision
All intellectual property rights for the HS HYOSUNG Korean fonts (Light, Medium, Bold) belong to HS Hyosung Co., Ltd. Anyone, including individuals and businesses, can use them for commercial and non-commercial purposes free of charge.

02 Recommendations for Use
It is recommended to use the font in its original form. If modification is necessary, please use it within a range that preserves the structural characteristics of the font. When using it on products, we would appreciate it if you could credit the font source.

03 Restrictions
Korean font files (TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2), whether original or modified, cannot be sold, nor can they be distributed under a different name after modification. You may not use the font to design logos (CI/BI) or register trademarks, nor can it be used in harmful content such as gambling, pornography, or the promotion of illegal activities.

- Products (Packaging, wrapping materials, etc.)
- Video (Subtitles, thumbnails, educational/lecture content, etc.)
- Web Fonts & Documents (Website screen display, documents, presentations, etc.)

Prior Consultation (Use after agreement):
- Software Embedding (Embedding Korean font files in mobile apps, devices, games, etc.)

Prohibited (Restricted under all circumstances):
- Font Sale & Redistribution (Selling font files, distributing under other names after modification)
- Logos & Trademarks (Creating CI/BI such as company names, brand names, logos, marks, and registering trademarks)
- Harmful Content (Gambling, pornography, promotion of illegal acts, etc.)
