The intellectual property rights of ‘Infinity Sans’ belong to WeMade Co., Ltd. (www.wemade.com).

WeMade provides ‘Infinity Sans’ free of charge to all users, including individuals and companies. However, if you wish to download or use ‘Infinity Sans’ outside of the Republic of Korea, you must obtain our prior permission. Reproduction and use outside of the Republic of Korea without our prior permission is not permitted.

WeMade provides the ‘Infinity Sans’ software “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of non-infringement of copyright, patent, trademark or other rights, and warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

WeMade prohibits the sale of the ‘Infinity Sans’ font itself for a fee. It is also prohibited to redistribute it after arbitrary modification or secondary processing, and it must be used as it is distributed. In particular, under no circumstances shall WeMade be liable for any damages, losses or other liabilities, including general, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from or relating to the use or inability to use ‘Infinity Sans’, or the handling of the font software, whether in contract, tort or otherwise.

WeMade encourages attribution of the source of ‘Infinity Sans’. In addition, images of printed materials and advertisements (including online) using ‘Infinity Sans’ may be used for promotion by WeMade and its subsidiaries. By using ‘Infinity Sans’, you agree to this use. WeMade reserves the right to grant font use under different terms and conditions, or to discontinue the distribution of the font at any time.
