**Regarding Use for BI/CI**
All free Korean fonts previously shared by Tohwalgong were commercially usable for any purpose. However, HS Jandariche has restrictions on its use for logos and brand identity.
Logos/Brands for Trademark Registration: Available for use after paying a license fee.
Logos/Brands without Trademark Registration: Available for use after paying a license fee.
Use in Logo/Brand Design Contests: It is permissible to present it as a design draft. If a design draft using this Korean font is selected, please clearly state that additional costs (license fee) may be incurred by the client.
Use for Fictional Logos/Brands (without actual business operations): Freely usable without paying a license fee.
The term 'fictional' here refers to content used purely for personal purposes, or content consumed solely on the web (mobile, video). Even if ad revenue is generated, such as on YouTube, no license fee is required if it is not used offline.
